What the app does

Everything you need on the bike and over coffee

  • Café finder

The best cafés in town on one map — with opening hours, bike-friendly amenities and ratings from fellow riders. Great coffee is always on your way.

  • Bike shops & service

Flat tyre or a creaking bottom bracket? Trusted bike shops and service points nearby — some with deals for the Coffee Race community.

  • Events calendar

Coffee Races, group rides, races and coffee events in one place. One tap and it’s in your phone’s calendar.

  • Coffee & cycling knowledge base

From brewing methods and beans to getting your bike ready for the season. Real know-how, written to be enjoyed.

  • Coffee brewing assistant

Get the ratio, grind and time for your method — from pour-over to AeroPress — and save the recipes you love.

  • Road rules for cyclists

Up-to-date rules from official sources, made easy: riding in a group, cycle paths, lights. Ride with confidence because you know the law.

  • New in the 2027 season

    Challenges & time trials

Distance challenges, time trials and stage races. Upload your ride from your bike computer or watch and we do the maths — the leaderboard builds itself. Measure yourself against others or simply beat your own best.

How a Coffee Race ride works

  1. Sign up

Pick an event in your city and register in the app — with e-mail or a Google account.

  2. Plan your route

All cafés are on the map. Set the order yourself or tap “Plan it for me”.

  3. Scan the QR

Scan the Coffee Race code at every café. It works when you’re there — within 100 m.

  4. Reach the finish

Completed thresholds earn you prize draw entries. The finish café is where everyone meets.

FAQ

Do I need to install the app from a store?

No. Coffee Race App runs in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like a regular app.

Does the app track my location?

No. Your location is checked only at the moment of scanning to confirm you’re at the café. We don’t store coordinates.

How do prize draw entries work?

One entry for reaching the minimum number of cafés, a second for all cafés, a third for an Instagram story.

Does the finish café count towards the threshold?

No — only the cafés on the route count. The finish is the shared finale.
